FHA Multifamily Loan Programs

For over 30 years, DPMC has dedicated its resources to providing developers and owners the expertise to obtain construction and permanent financing through the FHA/HUD programs. DPMC is a HUD/MAP approved mortgagee for multifamily loans, GNMA approved issuer of mortgage-backed securities for multifamily project pools and an approved seller-servicer for HUD, GNMA and FHLMC.
